The window

You have 14 days from the day it arrives to tell us you are withdrawing. From that message you have another 14 to get it back to us. No reason is needed at either point, and there is no form to fill in – a sentence with the order number in it does the job.

What condition it must be in

The test is what you could have done with it in a shop. Taking a dash camera out of the box and looking at it is fine. Sticking a mount to a windscreen, running the compressor, or putting a SIM in the tracker is past that, and the refund can be reduced by what the wear is worth.

Who pays to move it

Getting it to you was ours. Getting it back is yours – unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours again.

The money

Back within 14 days of the goods reaching us, or of you showing you posted them, whichever happens first. It returns by the same route it arrived.
