Out of the warehouse

1–2 working days from the order

Spain and Portugal

2–4 working days from there

Western and central Europe

3–6 working days from there

Islands and remote areas

Longer – the carrier will say how much

Where it will not go

Parcel lockers, PO boxes and poste restante are out, in all 27 countries. Somebody has to take the parcel.

Lithium

The jump starter, the cordless compressor and the tracker all carry lithium cells, so they travel under the rules that apply to them. It changes nothing about what you pay or how long it takes, and it is the reason a locker is not an option.

If it turns up damaged

Photograph the box before you open it, then the contents. Send both within a few days and hang on to the packaging until it is resolved.
