What we take

If you order: a name, a delivery address, an email address, a telephone number and a record of what you bought. If you write to us: a name, an email address, a phone number if you give one, a country and the message itself. Either way the server logs what your browser sent and the address the request came from.

Why

• To get the parcel to you, which cannot be done without an address.
• To answer the question you asked.
• Because tax and accounting law requires records to be kept.

What we never hold

The tracker reports to its owner, not to us. No location, no journey, no history of any device sold here reaches this company, and there is no account with us behind it.

Who else sees it

The courier carrying the parcel, the payment provider handling the card, and the company hosting the site. Nobody else. It is not sold, and it is not passed on for anyone else to advertise with.

For how long

Orders, as long as tax law demands. Enquiries, up to two years, so that a conversation can be picked up where it stopped. Then deleted.

What you can ask for

A copy, a correction, deletion, a restriction, an objection, or the lot moved somewhere else – through the contact page. If we handle it badly, your national data protection authority will hear it; in Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
