Terms of sale

1. The seller

2. Who can buy

Consumers of 18 or over, delivering to one of the 27 European Union countries.

3. Prices

Shown in euro, inclusive of VAT and of delivery. The price that counts is the one displayed when the order is placed.

4. When the contract exists

Your order is an offer; the contract begins when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot supply something we will tell you and refund in full.

5. Paying

By card at the checkout, or in cash to the courier on delivery.

6. Delivery

As described on the delivery page. Times are estimates, not promises. Risk passes to you once the goods are handed over.

7. Changing your mind

14 days from delivery, as set out under returns and refunds.

8. Guarantee

Three years of legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, described under guarantee and safe use.

9. Using the products

These are electrical accessories used in and around a motor vehicle, and must be used as their instructions describe. You are responsible for fitting them so they do not obstruct your view, the controls or an airbag, and for complying with the road traffic and data protection law of the country you drive in. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for damage caused by using a product contrary to its instructions.

10. Tracking devices

The tracker is sold for locating property you own. Using it to monitor a person, or a vehicle that is not yours, without their knowledge may be a criminal offence and is a breach of these terms.

11. Law and disputes

Spanish law applies, and the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence continue to apply. If something cannot be settled between us, you may take it to the consumer arbitration system where you live.

12. Changes

These terms can change; the version that applies is the one published when the order was placed. Last updated 30 September 2026.
